Evenley Village Hall   

Evenley Village Hall is a fantastic, versatile space, established for the benefit of the local community. The main hall has a busy schedule of regular events and activities throughout the week, but is available for hire for private functions, musical events, meetings and commercial activities. A drinks licence can be applied for.

The Main Hall offers a spacious rectangular room with half height windows down one side, flooding the room with natural light. When the curtains are drawn, there is zoned lighting enabling bright lighting or lower-level mood lighting. The hall can accommodate up to 70 people sitting theatre style, around 60 people for a dance using the round tables provided and around 50 people sitting at dining tables.

The room is equipped with theatre style spot lighting, mounted on a lighting bar, a ceiling mounted projector and electronic pull-down screen and a sound system. The hall is equipped with Wi-Fi powered by hyperfast broadband provided by Gigaclear.

Evenley Village Hall has a large modern domestic kitchen, plus a full range of crockery, cutlery and glasses. The Hall is licensed for the serving of food. Pre-prepared food can be brought onto the premises and warmed or kept warm using the cooker, microwave oven or warming cupboard.

There is a small meeting room available for hire, changing rooms with showers and a small off-road parking provision.  The building has full disability access and a toilet for disabled users.
